Sea goldie shoal (Pseudanthias squamipinnis) on a coral reef. This fish inhabits coral reefs in the Indian Ocean and western Pacific Ocean. This shoal is made up of females. Males are larger and keep harems of females. The sea goldie feeds on tiny planktonic animals. Males can reach 15 centimetres in length, females around half this size. Photographed in the Egyptian Red Sea.
