Yellow sand goby. Yellow sand goby (Lubricogobius exiguus) peering from the neck of a bottle. This small goby inhabits the sea floor in the western Pacific Ocean and the Indo-Pacific region. It hides from predators in a crevice or hole, as seen here, darting out to catch tiny crustaceans before returning to safety. This goby is only two centimetres in length.
