SEFTON PARK SOCIAL HOUSING REFURBISHMENT Two tower blocks overlooking Liverpool?s renowned Sefton Park have had penthouses added allowing spectacular views out over the park and city. In addition a complete refurbishment of the two 15 storey blocks has been carried out including structural repairs improvements to the common parts new entrances landscaping and services and the addition of two wheelchair-accessible flats at ground level. This redevelopment won the Civic Trust Partnership Award in 2004.
