19th century model of a horse's inner ear. This metal moulding of the inner ear of a horse was made by Eugene Petitcolin in the 19th century. Petitcolin is known as one of the masters of life moulding and many of his models have been displayed in prestigious museums, such as the Musee D'Orsay in Paris. Photographed in the museum of the National Veterinary School of Alfort, Maisons-Alfort, France.
