Sculpture, "Kugelkaryatide" by Fritz Koenig, World Trade Center Tobin Plaza, New York City, the 1971 sphere for the plaza fountain is a massive, rotating Fritz Koenig sculpture which stood in the center of the 5 acre plaza of the World Trade Center. It is the only work of art in or around the World Trade Center that miraculously survived the terror attack of September 11, 2001.
