The entrance gate of the caravanserai caravansary was decorated with particular care. Even if centuries old and deteriorated, the elaborate stucco ornamentation stands out under the sunlight, which still enhances the fine quality of the graphic design, merging masterly made geometric, floral and calligraphic patterns. 2009 photograph.
