Anasazi shamanistic pictographs adorn these jumbled blocks of sandstone in the Whitmore Wash of the Grand Canyon. The flying figures are very similar to those depicted in Kanab Creek Basin, a distance up the Grand Canyon, both sites interpreted by Southern Paiute consultants as having been Ghost Dance sites in the late 19th century, (Stoffle et al. 1994).
