Club moss. Unidentified club moss (Lycopodium crassum), growing at an altitude of 4100 metres above sea level. Club mosses are moss-like, vascular plants. The small, needle-like leaves make them resemble pine cones. They reproduce via asexual spores which develop underground into the sexual reproductive organs. These fuse to form a new plant.
