Samburu man. Samburu elder who has walked for three weeks to reach a medical clinic in a remote rural region of Kenya. He has come to have a health check-up before the travelling medical team leave the area. Photographed as part of work by the UK charity MEAK (Medical and Educational Aid to Kenya). On some MEAK trips, people were still arriving from remote areas as the medical team were preparing to leave.
