A test subject rinsing her hair inside a prototype Whole Body Shower for the Space Station Freedom project. The shower is designed to be used in orbital zero-gravity conditions, so a vacuum hose is used to remove excess water. This prototype is made of plexiglass but the final version will have opaque walls. The test is being conducted inside a NASA KC-135 aircraft flying in a parabolic trajectory to simulate zero-G conditions. Note the foothold on the cubicle floor and a handhold above the subject.
