CoWorker telepresence robot. This robot provides its operator with a video feed and two-way audio. It can be controlled over the Internet using a web browser. It is designed for office and industrial applications in sheltered locations. Possible uses include supervising workers, teleconferencing, inspections and security. As well as the camera (top), it is equipped with sonar and infrared sensor systems. The basic model moves at 1.8 kilometers per hour and can run for 3-4 hours without recharging. It is manufactured by iRobot, a company founded by former and current staff of the MIT Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, USA.
