Pascale Cossart (born 1948), French bacteriologist. Cossart is a professor and department head at the Pasteur Institute, Paris, France. The focus of her work has been on the bacterial food pathogen Listeria monocytogenes, including the genetic processes that allow it to infect a variety of cells. Cossart is a corresponding member of the French Academy of Sciences. Her awards include the Legion of Honour (2007).
