Bronze lion sculpture outside the Marco Polo Museum. The sculpture is a copy of the lion statue standing in a square in Venice the hometown of Marco Polo. Marco Polo served as a municipal official of Yangzhou from 1282-1287 during the reign of the Mongol emporor Kubilai Khan.
