Indicated to treat major depressive disorder, obsessive?ompulsive disorder, bulimia nervosa, panic disorder, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. Unlabeled indications include: selective mutism, mild dementia-associated agitation, post-traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety disorder, chronic neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and Raynaud's phenomenon.
