Berkheim; Germany; shrine of St. Willibald of Berkheim. The relic is that of a famous Christian pilgrim who died in Berkheim while returning from the Holy Land; and is kept in the church of St. Konrad. A great devotion began locally after his death; and in 1273 his remains were exhumed. Each year on the Sunday after 16 July; a procession is held in his honor. His feast day is 2 November. Photo 2012.
