Soviet Ukraine, celebrated the 42nd anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution. At the meeting of the celebration of the public of Ukraine's capital, Kiev, a report was delivered by A D Skaba, Secretary of the General Committee of the Communist Party of the Ukraine. He spoke of the great and glorious path traversed by Soviet Ukraine during the years of Soviet Government. After the meeting, a gala concert took place.
