Philip Hurepel; Count of Boulogne and Clermont; 1201-1235. Mounted on horseback; he wears a helm; suit of chainmail armour; tunic; sword and spurs. He holds an escutcheon with coat of arms: gold fleurs de lys on a blue field; label of five points gules.
