M Dalimier , the French Colonial Minister , whose circulars recommending the Bayonne Credit Municipal bonds to insurance companies have caused him to become deeply involved in the Stavisky bonds frauds , has had stormy meetings in Paris with M Chautemps , the Premier . It is stated that M Chautemps asked M Dalimier to to resign , but that he refused to do so . It is now understood that M Dalimier will either be made to understand that the only step open to him is to resign or M Chautemps will carry to President Lebrun the resignation of the entire Cabinet .
