Soviet ' s new Arctic Aero Sleds tested at Gorky . Newly designed aero sleds will take the place of dog teams in the Soviet ' s Arctic territories , were tested on the frozen River Oka at Gorky ( formerly Nizhni Novgorod ) . The product of the Red Metallist Machine Building Plant in Gorky , the sleds are equipped with stock automobile engines made at the Molotov Auto Factory , and can reach a high speed .
