Jimmie, Tower Hill's Pet, is only horse in the world with a country home and a chauffeur. Equin "good Samaritan" of Tower Hill, Jimmie, a trace horse, is only horse in the world with the country home - and the chauffeur. Throughout the week Jimmie spends his time helping his companions pull their loads up the steep Tower Hill. But on Saturday, Jimmie's chauffeur calls for him in a horse float and he's taken away to spend the weekend in an Essex meadow where he has his own special home. Jimmie is stationed at Tower Hill by the People's Dispensary for Sick Animals and is an established favourite with the children.
