Dutch officer accused at secret German treason trial. Captain Aalders, a Dutch air force reserve officer, who with the eight other accused had been in prison ever since his arrest two years ago, is standing trial behind closed doors at Essen, Germany, on treason charges. The nine accused of former leaders and members of the dissolved German youth organisation known as 'Bundische Jugend'. The trial is being conducted in complete secrecy before the German People's Court. Even the Dutch consular authorities have been refused permission to send a representative to the proceedings. The persons on trial are said to have attempted to revive a prescribed association, and to have entered into relations with 'international'or 'Communistic Quarters '.
