Men who will lead the British Legion plebiscite 'police'. Major Sir Frances Fethersten Godley, 45 -year-old national chairman of the British Legion, is to lead 1000 members of the British Legion, who will police the Czechoslovak plebiscite areas. He will be assisted by Lt Gen Sir James O'Dowda, who is aged 67, and is chairman of the South Western area. With them will be Brigadier General E R Fitzpatrick, who is aged 60, and Col H H Wilberforce, aged 57.
