A Newspaper Magnate at Home, 4th October 1969 Before leaving his London residence for a busy day at the office, Australian Mr Rupert Murdoch, 38, Chairman of the British Sunday Newspaper, "The News of the World", finds time to play with his 15-month-old daughter Elisabeth. Also in picture is Mr Murdoch's wife, Anna. They were photographed at Mr Murdoch's Sussex Square home this morning. Mr Murdoch, one of the big four of Australian Newspaper and Television Magnates, is currently negotiating to purchase another British National newspaper, "The Sun".
