Since the earliest days of ancient Toledo Cathedral, there has been a choir of small boys to sing on special days at the Cathedral ceremonies. These boys, who originally numbered six, are now eight in number, but they are still known as Seises or Sixes. They still wear the gown and queer crowd like cap which was their orighinal dress. Photo shows the Toledo Cathedral Seises in their quaint caps and gowns. 23rd January 1932
