Like the man who came to dinner, Bud Abbott's moustache is destined to be with us for a long time to come. Abbott, who never has worn a lip adornment in his life, grew one at the suggestion of his roly-poly partner, Lou Costello, for his role as the greedy butcher in the film "Jack and the Beanstalk". Now both comics are quite taken with Bud's moustache. In fact, the thin man half of the comedy team is reversing the fate that recently befell Adolph Menjou's celebrated moustache and is keeping his.
