From the shores of the Black Sea to the Artic Ocean, over 150,000,000 people, citizens of the U.S.S.R. are voting today (Sunday) in the world's greatest election the first ever held in Soviet Russia, and, incidentally, the first under the new constitution. In this gigantic election all modern means of reaching the electors - aeroplanes, cinemas, radio and newspapers - have been employed ceaselessly for months. M.
