Kingston, Jamaica: England's Janet Simpson is carried of the track on a stretcher after she had collapsed at the end of the women's 220 yards final at the Commonwealth Games in Kingston yesterday. The race was won by Australia's Dianne Burge, with Miss Simpson finishing last in the field of eight.
