Aldershot, Hants: Photo shows Private R. J. O'Hara of Liverpool with a plaque which he received today at a ceremonial parade held at Blenheim Barracks, Aldershot, Hampshire commemorating the fact that he is the last R.A.S.C. National Service Soldier to have reported for training on November 17, 1960. Private O'Hara was on of the three hundred men to report to the Barracks when 2,000 men answered the last call-up. The three hundred National service soldiers held their final passing-out parade in Aldershot today, and the last ceremonial parade by No. 5 Training Battalion as they are to disband early in 1961. 8 December 1960
