France is coping as best she can with an influx of refugees ( Communists and members of the Status Quo party ) following the Saar Plebiscite - hundreds have already been received and allocated to various towns in accordance with the government's policy of spreading the refugees from Nazism all over the country and thousands of visas have been prepared for many more non-Nazi Saarlanders who will make haste to leave their homes before the Internationaol Force leaves and the area is taken over by Germany - a pathetic feature is that many of the refugees are leaving relatives behind them - a batch of refugees arriving at Toulouse January 20th 1935
