Members of the Royal Family had a preview this afternoon of the Chelsea Flower Show , opening tomorrow after a lapse of eight years in the grounds of the Royal Hospital , Chelsea . In spite of post war difficulties and the severe weather , the show approaches pre-war standards . Formal and rock gardens , and marquees massed with tulips , sweet peas and hothouse plants make the show a riot of colour . A feature to take the eye of the austerity conscious Briton of 1947 is a delightful little garden designed around a prefab by members of the WVS .
