The "Compleat" Artist - On The Medway. Usually the Compleat Angler is to be seen on this spot - especially at weekends - but in the middle of the week you'll find many an artist at work - and as fully equipped as any angler. The scene is at Teston Bridge, on the River Medway, within a few miles Maidstone. Incidentally, the artist is housewife Mrs. Daphne Todd who comes from Crowbrough, Sussex. Kent, England. 12 May 1960.
