Pictured here is the police station of the Royal Ulster Constabulary at Rosslea, County Fermanagh where Irish Republican Army readers made a frontal attack early this morning. They were driven off by the police after a battle with rifles and automatic weapons which lasted five minutes. There were no police casualties. The raiders fled in the darkness to a waiting vehicle and escaped towards the Eire border. It was the second raid on this station which is one of the closest to the border. In the previous attack on November 1955 one of the raiders was killed. 11 October 1957
