Major Boon cleared of six charges, will defend the remaining five. Major Cecil Boon, RASC, was at Curzon Street, London, today , (Thursday) found not guilty on six of the eleven charges alleging that, while a prisoner of war in Hong Kong, he voluntarily aided the Japanese. Following a submission by defending counsel, Mr G O Slade, KC, and Mr Neville Faulks, it was ruled by the Judge Advocate, Wing Commander O Barnett, that no prima facia case had been established on six of the charges.
