Today, Monday, the eve of the Palestine conference, members of the British delegation Heighington Lancaster house, St James's, London, to meet delegates from 7 Arab nations, Egypt, Iraq, Syria, the Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, the Yemen and Transjordan. They will arrange an agenda for the conference which opens tomorrow, Tuesday, at Lancaster house. The Jewish agency and the Arab higher executives in Palestine have declined to attend the meetings, and a number of nonofficial Jewish leaders have not yet replied to the invitations addressed to them by the government.
