The women of Britain, many of them wore long veterans of the factory bench, are answering the government's call to return and play their part in the renaissance of British industry. One of the greatest drawbacks to the national recovery is the acute shortage of industrial manpower, and the women and girls who are coming back to take their place the side returned servicemen are contributing largely to the nation's resurgence as a leading factor in world affairs.
