Back in England after two years of adventure that had taken them to Arabia, Africa, Kenya, Tanganyika, India and Pakistan, are Major Leonard Handley, MC, F RGS and his wife, also an FRGS. Their life has been packed with thrills off the beaten track. Big game hunting and study of native peoples in search of the material for a book "in the search of peace" has led them to the conclusion that there is more peace to be had here at home than in any place they have visited on their extensive travels. 13 November 1947
