The King and Queen visited the Candadian "Khaki University" at Watford today. "Khaki University" consists of five hundred young Canadians seconded from the forces to continue their studies. 21 Canadian Universities are represented on the faculty. Students who pass their examinations at the end of this term will be allowed to count their time here as equivilent to a full year at the particular Canadian University to which they return when repatriated.
