Peer marries at 63 Lord Uvedale , a 63 year old batchelor , was married to Mrs HB Lees-Smith , at the King ' s Chapel , the Savoy , London . Mrs Lees-Smith had beeen married to the former Socialist Cabinet Minister who died in 1941. Lord Uvedale is resident surgeon at Manor House Hospital , Golders Gree and has been Medical Advisor to the National Union of Railwaymen since 1922. He was knighted in 1931.
