ARMS Este of Ferrara 1264-1598. Quartered shield with eagles Empire and three lilies of gold; divided by a red pole; with two papal keys; one gold and the other silver; bound in blue and carried the cross of St. Andrew; topped by a tiara of gold; sullle keys a blue oval with the eagle d'Este.
