56649 Neapolitan Coffee pot. The coffee pot is generally in aluminum and is constituted by three pieces: the part in order to heat the water; the filter where it puts the coffee and the part with the small beak where makes to strain the coffee then and the servants. It is filled up with the water and three pieces with the full filter of coffee not which pressed are mounted; when the water bubbles is removed from the fire and it turns over. After some minutes the coffee is ready. An important characteristic of the Neapolitan coffee pot is that the coffee can be heated without to be ruined or to lose taste. From the beginning of XIX the century the Neapolitan coffee pot obtained great dissemination all over the world; the today's version is the descendant of the first filter coffee pot constructed in 1691 from Du Belloy; but it is remained disowned the name of its inventor. It can be presumed sections of Antonino Neapolitan artisan Mariani but not there are sufficient elements in order to attribute to he such paternity of invention; even if Neapolitan magazine "colorful Poliorama" is cited in purpose on the magazine dell' August of the 1840 Photography of Patrizia Piccini
