The Osages Indians belonged to the tribes of Sioux language and occupied (before being assigned to the reservoirs) the region delimited from the rivers Missouri and Arkansas. The 2 june 1924 the President Calvin Coolidge signed a treaty (Indians Citizenship Act) that it guaranteed to the Indians the full American citizenship.
