A dedication surrounded by the figures and symbols of Britannia; Neptune and Hermes in the upper left-hand corner which reads: 鈥楾o His Royal Highness ye Prince Lord High ADMIRAL of England &c. This Draught of the Light House on ye Edystone is humbly presented Great Sr by your most Obedient Servant Hen. Winstanley'. At the upper centre 鈥楢 Narrative of the Building' in which Winstanley describes his four years of work on the building.
