Muskrats in Alexandria Bay, New York, killed by oil from the NEPCO 140 spill. The NEPCO 140, a barge, ran aground while being pulled inland by a tugboat, spilling an estimated 300,000 gallons of oil into the Saint Lawrence River. These muskrats were photographed in Alexandria Bay.
