Scientist-astronaut Harrison H. "Jack" Schmitt, lunar module pilot, took this photograph of his two fellow crew men under zero-gravity conditions aboard the Apollo 17 spacecraft during the final lunar landing mission in NASA's Apollo program, December 1972. Astronaut Eugene A. Cernan, commander, is 'right side up' and Astronaut Ronald E. Evans, command module pilot, appears to be 'upside down'.
