Accurate reconstruction/cast of a bonobo (Pan paniscus) skull based on casts, photographs and/or scientific measurements. The reconstruction is formed out of polyurethane resin which has a similar look and feel to real fossilized bone. The bonobo, also called pygmy chimpanzee, is an endangered species. It is known as the closest extant relative to humans along with the common chimpanzee.
