Solar eclipse pinhole images. During the solar eclipse on May 20, 2012, window shutters in a residential home were left incompletely closed, leaving an array of small holes for sunlight to go through. Each hole acted as a pinhole camera, producing an image of the eclipsed Sun on the wall some 4 meters away. The resulting array of Sun images on the wall was photographed with a camera.
