Saigon army officers captured in Southern Laos. Colonel Nguyen Van Tho (right), commander of the 3rd Paratroop Brigade, with staff officers Lieutenant-colonel Bui Van Chau (center), commander of the artillery battalion, and Major Tran Van Duc, chief of the operational department. They were captured by Lao Patriotic Forces on Peak 456, Hill 31, North of Ban Dong, Savannakhet, Southern Laos on February 25, 1971.
