Writer, actor, director, composer IVOR NOVELLO seen here at his country home 'Red Roofs'. Not usually seen with a moustache, he grew it for the 1934 pre-London tour of his play Murder In Mayfair. It was seen in Glasgow and for two nights of the Edinburgh run then he shaved it off before the end of the tour and the London first night.
