The Jean Nicolet Monument at Menasha, Wisconsin - erected by the 'Woman's Club of Menasha' in 1906. Close to this location, Jean Nicolet landed and was the first white man in Wisconsin, meeting here the Winnebago tribe. He held the 'earliest white council' with '5000 savages'.
