Mrs Vernon Tate and her four daughters by Madame Yevonde. She was formerly Evelyn Victoria Anne Chandler (c.1887-1979), the wife of George Vernon Tate. On the right is the Hon. Diana Russell (1909-1978), daughter of the late 25th Lord de Clifford, Mrs Tate's first husband. On the left is Miss Cynthia Stock, daughter of the late Captain Arthur Stock, Mrs Tate's second husband. In front are the two younger daughters, Miss Pamela Tate and Miss Virginia Tate.
